Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send ZEROUNO Srl a communication via email to the address info@brandoffnapoli.com, within 24/48 hours of receiving the package. It must also be returned, with shipping costs borne by the consumer, immediately after confirmation of acceptance with the company, arriving at the office no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, bearing the costs of shipping. Finally, it is necessary to leave inside the return package all the fiscal documents such as: invoice, certificate of authenticity and receipt as well as a signed anti-shoplifting slip and this seal must not be removed or tampered with. subject to cancellation of the return; send the product to:

Once the above has been received by us< strong> communication of withdrawal, if the procedure is not clear from the site, Customer Service will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods. As the only burden, in this case the customer will have to bear the costs of returningthe goods to ZEROUNO Srl. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, ZEROUNO Srl will notify the Customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs paid by the Customer, at the same time canceling the withdrawal request.

ZEROUNO Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for confirmed damage to the goods, ZEROUNO Srl will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 14 working days from the date of return shipment of the goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide ZEROUNO Srl with the bank details in order to obtain the refund of the price.
The right of withdrawal by the Customer does not apply in the event that the withdrawal of the goods have been paid for and collected in the store as in this case the transaction turns into a simple booking completed into a purchase when the receipt or invoice is issued by the store.
