Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract.
The purchase of what is requested will be completed through the following phases:
1) By sending the order, the Customer sends ZEROUNO Srl a purchase proposal for the selected product or products. Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 DL 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from ZEROUNO Srl described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the contract sales.
2) ZEROUNO Srl confirms with an e-mail message the receipt of the order sent by the Customer, with assignment of a 'Customer Order Number' which must be used in any further communication with ZEROUNO Srl.
3) The customer has 24 hours from placing the order online to communicate any cancellation to ZEROUNO Srl by sending a request via email to info@brandoffnapoli.com. In any case, ZEROUNO Srl will verify the actual warehouse availability of the requested goods and will communicate via email to the Customer whether the order can be accepted or not.
4) If the order can be accepted, ZEROUNO Srl will send an email confirming the conclusion of the purchase procedure, containing information on the delivery times of the goods and the methods necessary to process the order.
5) ZEROUNO Srl will then deliver what has been requested to the appointed express courier. Payment by the Customer will take place using the method chosen online at the time of purchase.

Once the aforementioned communication of withdrawal has been received, if from the site if the procedure is not clear, Customer Service will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods. As the only burden, in this case the customer will have to bear the costs of returningthe goods to ZEROUNO Srl. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, ZEROUNO Srl will notify the Customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
ZEROUNO Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the goods , ZEROUNO Srl will reimburse the Customer for the entire amount already paid within 14 working days from the date of return shipment of the goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide ZEROUNO Srl with the bank details in order to obtain the refund of the price.
